Having spent more than 30 years in the world of hockey as a player, coach and now as a spectator of my children, I decided to join my greatest passion to my job which has been for more than 15 years, a consultant in large format digital printing.
From the age of 5, my father always built an ice cream for me in the winter in the backyard to allow me to practice my sport that I loved so much every winter day. So I decided to continue this beautiful family tradition and do the same for my son who is now 9 years old.
As a dedicated parent in my son's career path in hockey, I quickly realized that it was specifically in private lessons that my son was progressing really fast! The reason is simple, the coach is there with him to correct him and show him the right methods. However, these private lessons are generally far too expensive for most parents of gamers. This is where it all started!
I started to think about how we could make sure that every child, from the smallest to the largest, from the beginner to the expert, could benefit from these private lessons at a tiny fraction of the price it actually costs! This is when PTL came into the world!
After more than 2 years of testing and working in collaboration with my friend and partner David Bastien, who is a certified skill coach Canada, that we can now present you the all new Pro Training Liners under ice sheets. You can now have your private skill coach Canada in your backyard for just a few gallons of frozen water! The reaction of the world when they see our ice cream for the first time is simply magical, from the youngest to the oldest.
I hope that our sub ice will allow thousands of young hockey players to progress in this great sport while enjoying the best season that exists, which is winter!
